To save on shipping cost for you, we offer FREE SHIPPING on selected products; however, all Canadian & US free shipping items and international patch & sticker orders with Standard Shipping (No Tracking) method are all shipped out as regular lettermail via Canada Post WITHOUT any tracking information. If you want tracking, please upgrade to the With Tracking shipping method for your order!

International: 15-30 business days

We can't guarantee delivery estimates. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Because we are a small (tiny) business, we can only offer a 10 day return policy. If 10 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we will not be able to offer you any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for your understanding.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
